Miami Beach, Oy Vay!

This poster states in a nutshell that men should not visit Miami Beach, even if its to visit parents. Further, it is absolutely forbidden from owning an apartment in Miami Beach that faces the beach. Do these Rabbis have so little faith in their constituents that at the sight of an immodestly dressed women or man (lets face it, there are gay Haredis) they get weak at the knees and lose all self control? What is wrong with their institutions that they breed men who can not function decently outside their sheltered environment?
