Hannity v. Sharpton
Last night I went with a friend to the Hannity v. Sharpton debate at the Sheraton Hotel in NYC. I was pretty impressed with Hannity, he was well prepared with a laundry list of Sharptons "statements taken out of context." Of course the main debate was Sharpton's hypocrisy in regards to race statements when whites are the speakers and when blacks are the speakers of the "racist" comment. Hannity read a list of Sharptons own statements that were racists and anti-Semitic. It was interesting to see that with every statement Hannity read Sharpton's voice became louder and louder and his tone more and more defensive. If he was really innocent, there is no reason to react so defensively. Sharpton's true colors as a charlatan shone brightly last night. I found it interesting that those cheering for Sharpton were black elderly folks who remember the Jim Crow laws and their mindset is still living in the 50's (because that's where Sharpton wants to keep them). The Hannity cheering crowd composed of whites and young blacks who see Sharpton for the fraud he is. There was not one white person in Sharptons "Amen" "Hallelujah" cheering squad. I think that speaks volumes.

There was no doubt, even before this debate began, that Hannity would topple Sharpton. Sharpton simply isn't that bright. Moreover, he's coninuously trying to push his agenda where logical discourse will not allow...almost like the psychology of a child. But, when you are lauded as a "black leader" there seems to be no recourse by the public to examine intellectual credentials. So, I agree with your analysis. Very kean of you to notice the demographics of the crowd and the dichotomy therein.
