Now that the socialist party has power in congress, the issue of nationalizing health care is rearing its ugly head again (we got a short respite when Hilary left office). First, one must be reminded that anything the government "pays" for is coming from the taxpayer. Second, in almost every instance, institutions run by the government, suck! Look at the tax rates in countries with socialized medicine, they are astronomical. This article gives us a synopsis of what we have to look forward to if (God Forbid) we (the people) lose control over our health care. Take a hint from the disastrous welfare system the government currently controls. The Government's job is to protect and defend - that's it!
